IEI QUALITY POLICY:
It is the policy of International Enterprises, Inc. to meet or exceed customer
needs and expectations by continuously improving the quality of our products and
services resulting in the profitable growth of our business. Quality and continuous
improvement are the job and concern of every employee.
We
invest in continuous improvement of processes to ensure customer satisfaction
throughout all stages of our operations. This includes development, design, integration,
repair, support, manufacturing and services for software and hardware, for a range
of systems and products. Our quality teams are involved in assuring compliance
with processes and administrating quality plans. These activities begin at the
pre-contract stage and continue through the customer's acceptance of the product
or services.
Our
processes are based on cutting edge tools and methodologies. The Quality Management
System of all IEI facilities is based on the ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 standards.
This infrastructure, together with well defined production methodology and management
tools, assists us in providing high quality and on time execution of programs.
Representatives of our customers generally test our products before acceptance.
In some cases, customers have authorized us to conduct acceptance testing of our
products on their behalf.
At IEI, we realize that the relationships we build with our customers, business
partners, and communities are key to our team's agility, integrity and competitiveness,
and our ability to meet stakeholder expectations.
